Adam!

I see your point and I think you have achieved an approvement. I'm not a huge fan of dark lights but your choice doesn't seem too dark. I love silver callipers on a Scag, it matches the discrete elegance of the car. I am a sucker for the shield. I've tried to spec a Ferrari without the shields, but every single time, I ended up with shields. My Scag is an OTO 2009 with the glass roof, 20" Challenge wheels, alu mirrors, manettino, Daytona seats, matching luggage kit and silver callipers. I love it.

The good news: I'm the pilot

The replacement shields did not have the pins.

I'll check with the shop to see what they used - I believe they used something else, besides the adhesive that comes with those replacement carbon shields.

Really warming to the 612, particularly with the Challenge wheels. Beautiful.

1) Replaced side and rear lights with Dark Lights

Hello Adam,

Have you considered the Ferrari accessory CF door handles that would match your new CF shields (see photo below)?

I like both looks of "no yellow" and "with yellow". The "no yellow" looks is more formal and elegant...the "with yellow" gives the car more "pop". It would be great if they could be changed "on-the-fly" for different occasions

In the end, you have a gorgeous Scaglietti and probably one-of-a-kind. Good work!

Regards,

Thanks for the info.

I was not aware of these. Some of the 612s had interior carbon upgrades as well, but I cannot find those either. Perhaps they were only available for those who originally ordered the cars.

Where you get this stuff?

Thanks.

Official Ferrari accessories are available from Ferrari dealerships and online from Ferrari web site, e-bay, etc. You can also probably get the CF door handles the same place that you bought the CF shields.

Good luck,
