Going Home

Good morning All,
I am going to Italy and was wondering if anybody has a contact for a tour of the plant for an owner, if not should I just go on-line?

Regards

David,
Any time I have done it, I have had to book through my local Ferrari dealer. They have always been accomodating and it is a great experience. I'd highly recommend it, not to mention the various other museums and general Ferrari themed locations in the vicinity.

Make sure you have lunch in the Cavallino and dinner in the Montana. The Montana I have found to be particularly special and the food is excellent.

David- Affirmative, done through dealers in the US. Not like the olden days when you could just call and ask for a tour.

Every day I look around, and if nobody is shooting at me, it is a pretty good day.

Hi David,
where do you live?
I live in Italy, i'm secretary of the "SFC Francesco Baracca Lugo", not far to Maranello, as ferrari club we organize tour in Ferrari factory.
Ferrari every year send us the lists of dates for a tour and we choice one or two dates, for the 2014 we had programmed the tour on september.
For the SFCs the tour is on saturday, in group of 15/20 persons with one Ferrari guy it go to visit the various departments, not all departments, but every year different ....
The only condition is to be a member of one SFC.
If you like, you can develop member of our club (or other) and partecipate a the tour.
On-line is possible to reserve a museum + factory tour, but normally the tour for SFC is better, last year was possible to visit the ferrari classic department and F1 owner program.
This is a way that i know, however if you know an important person ... we are in Italy and all is possible .....
If you need other clarification i'm at disposal.
