Finally after much searching a 599 HGTE

I've been looking for a while now, after originally starting looking at 575s and then moving to 599s I finally did the sensible thing and added a V12 to go with the current V8.

Very nice, Im sure that's Meridien Modena's & if so I was looking at it too, difference is you pulled the trigger, well done as its such a beautiful combo & the HGTE is an amazing 599.

Highly recommend you drive your favourite twisty road with the 1st 20 miles in Sport, next 20 in Race & then 80-100 miles in CST Off, once finished you'll know your HGTE very well.

I did this in a HGTE from Lovetts & also one from Maranello & by the end of my drives I was confidently drifting around roundabouts & having a proper time....great car, which Im sure you'll also enjoy fully!

Yesterday's history, tomorrow's a mystery, today's a gift.....enjoy every minute!

To me the HGTE is the sweet spot in the 599 line up and that's an absolute beauty. Drive her hard and enjoy.

Cheers

Magnificent! Rossa corsa in a fetching tone of nero in combination with two tone interior set off by black quilted alcantara inserts was clearly specced by someone with impeccable taste. And unusual to boot. Wonderful!

Wishing you well to drive her many miles in good health and safety. Looking forward to seeing you hopefully soon and to taking our traditional berlinettas for a drive together.

You are right Scottish16M I did buy it from Meriden Modena. I do love the colour scheme - its also a very similar theme to your lovely FF.

It would be good to catch up so next time you are near Maranello, Egham drop me a line as were are only about 10 minutest from there

Thanks everyone for the positive comments on the car.

I now just need to start driving it and getting to fully appreciate it when its moving.
Unfortunately it won't be coming to Ireland in October as the Lambo needs a run, but any FLEDs in the new year it will be going
