Low mileage MANUAL with HGTC package

This 612 looks like a great deal for someone after a manual transmission.

No affiliation.

Shiv- Very nice 612. All it needs is Challenge wheels.

Saw it also. What color - metallic red ...rubino? Have to see in person.

Still think the six speed looks like a bolt on conversion. What would the clutch life be like with a 612?
How do you value such a rare car- more or less than an f1?

Also not a fan of polished wheels.

That said I love it.

Very nice 612. They are getting into the low $100k now

How can you tell the manual is a bolt on conversion? You mean the previous owner converted it from a F1?

Maserati GranTurismo MC - Giallo yellow
Porsche 911 GT3 RS - black with orange accents - wife's car
F355 Berlinetta - Giallo Modena, 6-speed manual, carbon sport seats -recently traded in

Not a conversion. Just looks like it. Don't you think?

I really like it. Would have to see in person. Apparently original owner traded on a 430 spider. It's a color one has to see but it's spectacular. I love the headliner. The oo said the inserts are burgundy not read.

Price wise it has CBC and hgtc package -25k plus options. I'm not saying 140 but a solid 125 is a steal.

Scott- The three pedal 612 shares a lot of parts with the manual shifter on the Maranellos and Superamerica, and the car in question has an OEM shifter. Same clutch and gearing as the 575M, too, on pre-OTO 612s, and the clutch lasts very well if the owner knows how to drive a stick shift at all. Just do not start uphill in reverse, which is very high.

Incidentally, one of the salespersons at Boardwalk is a real knock-out, so another benny on dealing with them.

Terry, is that gear shifter ball a Ferrari part and do you think that would fit the 575M shifter? I have seen a similar one on a manual F430 but it had a red band around the middle which looked great too. I'm starts to collect the CF parts to upgrade next winter.

Cheers
Michael

Michael- The 612 shift knob is the same as the 550/575M and earliet knobs, so any of the CF knobs should fit. Someone on FChat sold a 599 CF knob for $115 or so that I missed. $1877 from Ricambi and the guy preferred the non-CF knob. No accounting for taste and he had no idea the knob cost nearly $2K. Would have put it in my printer's box on the wall. Already have my old gas cap there.
