nice and detailed big photos, you made repair by yourself, you're good !
A question, in the photo 写真 2013-03-05 20 07 38.jpg one sees that the two signs, one on cap and one on cam shaft are not perfectly aligned, I imagine that you found so at cam cover removal, after that did you aligned using they as reference or you is refered to valve timing by a comparator on valve and goniometer on cranck shaft?
