I'm not a ferrari owner, I saw your post about Movit ceramic brakes, I'm considering them for my C63BS.
I will like to know what do you think about them? Do you still have them? Any negative ?

Nick- Giallo Modena is PPG Code 84028. PPG is not strict about selling paint online and many of their distributors do so. You can, however, stop by any good auto body shop and they can order the paint for you and probably paint the guitar, too. That is a two part (epoxy) paint and you need to know what you are doing. I would recommend clear coating the paint after the color coat because that is how the paint is supposed to be used.

Hello Terry, My name is Nick and I'm new here. I was looking for a color code for Giallo Yellow and I ended up here. Actually it's not for the car but I'd like to paint my guitar in this color. Do you mind telling me where you and those other people obtain PPG color from (I've heard PPG is strict about selling color online)? Thanks so much in advance
    Nick

Charlie- New sets are still available from Ferrari, but it often takes 6 weeks to 3 months to get the new set from Maranello. If it has been longer than that, time to start calling the dealer once a week until they come through for you.

Terry, I call on your wisdom and experience once again. When I purchased my 575 in August, the dealer promised a full set of key fobs. When delivered to me, though, they clarified that they were on backorder, but that I would be supplied a full set of three (two black and one red with new pin). I am still waiting and have no eta. Are these sets available? The seller, who is an authorized Ferrari dealer, seems a bit vague on whether I will receive this set in the foreseeable future... I see that you have had sets available in the past, and thus am seeking your advice. Thanks as always, Charlie

Teddy- The serial number is the last 6 numbers of the VIN and the assembly number is in front of the engine on a plate that says Assembly Number.

Yes Taz, Eric has been a saviour for me. He just gave me some great ideas as to get this moving. He actually was able to point me directly at the socket and pins that I need to bypass to get it fired up. As soon as I get the car started without the TCU, I am starting the conversion. I will post instructions and pix. I have read many times it can not be done at a reasonable cost, and I do not believe that. It is not cheap, but certainly less than some posts lead me to believe. Eric is very sharp with electronics, and very pleasant too. If anyone can convert a Maserati TCU, it is him. I sent him a TCU for a 2006 430 that he made into a CS TCU which was plug and play for my 360! Works great!! I was very happy with what Eric did for me. I am just a 3 pedal guy at heart.

Rich- You are working with Eric DeCoux, I would bet. I just sent him a Maserati TCU that he will convert to a CS TCU. We work together on Ferrari fob sets.

Rifledriver is correct, but do not think he is on FChat now.
