Greetings from another Canadian

I joined recently, and upgraded to a paid membership the other night. I live about an hour from Toronto, and have started researching my first Ferrari.

I'm looking for a 1999 355 Spider F1 (Red/Tan). It's clear there's more supply in the US than Canada, and that it appears difficult (or impossible) to import one into Canada.

Any tips or referrals to a dealer or broker with a great reputation would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, great site and forum. The buyers guides are great reading.

I am a bit surprised, I always assumed it was easy to move cars between the US and Canada as the vehicle regulations were very similar. In fact I beleive a few of the members here have done so.

Suggest you contact Mike Sheehan at www.Ferraris-Online.com

Mike is a very well know US based broker with plenty of experience moving cars into Canada.

I thought so to, until I started researching it. This list is from Transport Canada's List of Vehicles Admissible from the United States.
