Black Tie Motorsport

From Alabama Charlie
Glad to be part of the Ferrari Forum. I am the president of Black Tie Motorsport.
Black Tie is about taste–but it is not limited to the taste of a great meal. This magazine intends to awaken and explore many of the pleasures that drive successful men to where they are and where they want to be. Black Tie men want to know about unsurpassed restaurants, where to discover the paramount lagers and wines, and where to spend their pleasure time. As a Black Tie man, you want to indulge yourself in the enhanced parts of life. Here, you will find insight into these portions of pleasure, as well as specific recommendations unlike those found in my previous magazine.
Black Tie will also explore emerging hobbies, collectibles, gambling aides, unique trips, fashion tips and new ideas in an excellence and style not found in any other men’s magazine. Our editors will travel the world– making every effort possible to turn you on to what really revs a man’s engine and what causes the ladies to look twice.
Alabama Charlie was born into a military family and though the home was full of love–money was a different subject. Alabama found his love for cars and motorcycles when he was thirteen and working at a service station in Geneva, Alabama. Later in life he consulted for LD&L Marine Contractor, Arat Textile, General Motors, Chrysler, Toyota, Sugar Sands Resort, Birmingham Motorsport, 654 Limo, AutoWorks Group, and Water Color Maintenance. Prior to moving to Destin, I was President and Director of sales and marketing for Fleets Aviation, Inc. — a 135 passenger air transport services as well as Fleet aircraft sales and Fleet Aviation flight training school; Fleet Aviation operated 14 aircrafts including Citation Jets and King Air Turbo props. I, regularly worked with celebrities and executives for hire including Bill Cosby, Billy Joel, Chuck Berry and for bank analyst John Carusone.
Alabama Charlie’s passion for cars, boats, and aircraft promoted him to create Motorfest–the largest car show in the state of Florida–in the attempt to encourage tourism into the Northwest part of the state.
A short two years later I founded Motorfest Magazine; Motorfest Magazine has cultivated a niche for itself and has gained recognition due to the sheer dedication of Alabama Charlie and partners Frank Berte and James Adduci.
Motorfest magazine is published quarterly and is widely distributed nationally and internationally through booksellers including Barnes and Noble.
I sold my shares of Motorfest LLC in December and stepped down as COO; now my drive is becoming a reality as my new innovative partners and I gears up for the Global Launch of my second all-encompassing online luxury brand publication.

I hope Black Tie hires an editor.

Of all the narcissists I know, I love me the most.

There are (and were) probably more well-known and accomplished rocket scientists in Alabama than in any other part of the U.S. If I recall it properly, it was once home to Werner Von Braun. It's also the place where I trained to fly helos. It's actually quite civilized and has paved roads. Well, most of the roads are paved.

Thanks from the Redneck Riviera for the warm welcome. Since I'm a Georgia Tech man, my math skill are better than my journalisms skills. Being a true southern gentlemen I do have great social skills. Love to find out more about your
sponsorship.

Roll Tide and see you at the track.

Alabama Charlie

Are you trying to be the Robb Report of the Redneck Riviera? I speak as a former long time resident of Gulf Shores and Fairhope, Alabama.

While living there, I never saw a single Ferrari.
