New Member introduction

Hello to all,
I'd like to introduce my self as a new member. My name is Roberto and I recently bought my first Ferrari, hopefully not my last. Finally I realized my dream and passion and bought an 04 360 F1 Spider Rosso Corsa 322 with the Ferrari Race exhaust, sheilds and Daytona seats.

After growing up with family that have worked at/with Ferrari since Enzo was driving an Alfa I joined the family.

I look forward in learning, contributing and sharing with this great group.

Thanks and have a nice weekend,
Roberto

Roberto- Welcome to Ferrari Life and that sounds like a very nice 360. Wish I spoke Italian as well as you speak English.

Udine looks like she is in a really beautiful area near Austria, the old Yugoslavia (Slovenia), and the Adriatic. Should be some great driving roads there.

I remember once I was "invited" to meet up, in his office, with a dear friend of my fathers cousin. He was high up in the design department. Well we had to cross the inner workings of the factory to get there.

I have to tell you that the factory is laid out badly, like a maze. It took about 6 hours for me and my friend to finally find his office! )

Hi Terry,
I was born in the USA and promptly brought to Italy, Udine by my grandmother to raise me. So it has a special place in my heart. Yes it's abosolutly beautiful.
I remember my uncle driving me to Cortina back in the late 60's early 70's. Those were the roads to drive on with a Ferrari. A great movie to watch to see what is looked like back then is the Pink Panther. At the end David Niven is driving around Rome in a 250?? Ferrari.

Thank you,
Roberto

Welcome Roberto!
My family is from Rome and Sicily, but no connections to Enzo unfortunately.
I wish I had been afforded the opportunity to have lived in Italy growing up.
It sounds like you have lived an interesting and charmed life.

Would love to see pictures of the car when you have a spare moment.

I was finally able to get around in taking a picture.
2004 F1 Spider. I had the 430 wheels put on and it has the Ferrari Race exhaust option. Rosso Corsa 322 and cuoio interior with Daytona seats. It has carbon fiber engine heat vents ( the vents on the side of the glass, for the life of me I can't remember what their called) and CF air intake covers. It also has the Challenge front grills.

Thanks for welcome,
Roberto

PS It also has beautiful black floor mats with the Prancing Horse stitched on them made by Alex Armellin.

Roberto- Beautiful. Always amazes me how those F430 wheels look even better on a 360 than they do on the F430.

Introduction

Hello all. My name is Andrew and I am new here. I don't have a Ferrari yet but actively looking for one (612, 430, 599). I am in the Long Island area. After driving the F430 GT3 in Vegas I am hooked. Fans of Senna since F3 and look forward to learn and contribute in this forum going forward.

Andrew- Welcome, and sorry your first try did not work out for you. Plenty more out there, even if they did only build 3025 of them.
