Hello! New member here

Hello folks! I'm a Semi-long time lurker and recent new member of the forums here. I recently picked up an '05 F430 6speed w/ 18k miles here in the norther Virginia area and am loving it so far. So this is my hello as a first time Fcar owner.

M- Welcome to Ferrari Life and Ferrari ownership. Would love to see some photos of your F430. Will have to see about one of the mods getting an owner tag for you.

Yeah I know a couple ferrari owners in the area. Good group of guys. I'm also big into car meets like Katies Cars & Coffee in Great Falls, Va. on Saturdays as well as the Kohls Cars and Coffee on Sundays. My previous fun car (which I still have) is an '06 Bmw M6 which I've had a lot of fun with (Before that was a Honda S2000). So far the F430 is unlike anything I've ever driven. I love it. Thanks all for the welcoming words.

Thanks!

Here's the latest shot I have as of this past Sunday:

The previous owner is also in the northern virginia area so you may know him - not sure. This is an '05 F430 Nero Black with Black leather Daytona style seats. 6speed manual with a Capristo Exhaust, Novitec NF3 wheels and an upgraded Brembo BBK. Other mods include carbon fiber accents all over. The previous owner did an amazing job with the customizations.

More Pictures

Hmmm 05 Nero/Black six speed- the ultimate in taste ( I am partial).

And I may be jealous by the time I see all the carbon fibre accents.....

Welcome to FL.

Welcome to FLife

You actually drove your Ferrari in the winter jealous there is too much snow / salt in STL to go for a drive - it's killing me!

Great looking 430!

I went to Katies once a few years ago when I was in the area. Really nice event.

Yeah our winter here in Va has been minimal with a couple sunny warmer days.. this was liek a 55degree day so I brought it out. I'm a sucker for blacked out cars.. Katies Cars & Coffee is the weekly saturday morning meet - I love it. Anything from unreleased manufacture demos to completely custom hot rods to Enzo ferraris.. Everything seems to find it's way to show up to Katies.

If I make it back to DC this summer, will definitely drop by.
