Fairly New Member-355 or 360 or 430

Hello to all. Have a Maserati QP and looking to add to my stable since I sold my wife's Porsche

How the heck do I change my screen name or user name or whatever it's called so I can get rid of my Email label?

Send a private message to Andrew and Boxer and one of them should be able to fix your user name.

F355 vs 360 vs F430? Performance goes up, price goes up, and maintenance cost goes down as you go through the progression. Buy the latest one you can afford unless you just happen to love one more than the other.

Thanks!

Thanks for the quick replies. I've actually read a lot of the info on this forum, got some of the buyers guides, and test drove a 360. in march my wife and kids and i are going to Disney and they have a track there..... I was going to Vegas in January but field hockey tournament killed that trip.

i can afford either a 355 or 360 but if I went with the 430 the Maserati would have to go. (I have two kids in college) And I really like the QP (especially with the Duo Select) So it's either a 355 or 360. I'm not that concerned about the maintenance on the 355 since I have a good mechanic and he is fair and has already warned me about the costs. Something about the 355 looks....

I say keep the QP and add a 360, a fantastic combination.
We're going to do that exact combo, just in reverse order.

Of all the narcissists I know, I love me the most.

In that case, you answered your own question and should start looking for a good F355. As long as the engine out maintenance every 3-5 years does not bother you, they are great cars and probably the best sounding of all the V8s. Make sure and do a PPI with a compression and bleed-down check to try and avoid the dreaded valve guide wear problem. Lots of nice F355s out there, and, for about the same price, some nice Testarossas, too.

Never Thought of the Testarossa

Thanks for all your opinions. I think it's pretty much assumed that I'm keeping the QP. It's my DD and it has a back seat. My quest is on!
