I made the deal not directly with the pre-owner.
Ferrari Zender made the transaction for me and
in the time they pick up the car, i made a little shopping tour for parts! :)
First purchase was a 430 Scuderia wheel set and a set titanium wheelbolts.
And when i pick up the car, it was lowered and the Scuderia wheels were mounted.
The day i pick up Mr. Ed in the showroom, what a day! :D
After that a little stop at the work shop and spend a look on the fantastic 288 GTO from Mr. Zender. :)
Coming home after the first great ride, car got a little clean up! :)
Before that some pakets arrived with additional titanium stuff :)
And a small box from Novitec:
And a big box :D
Not that much but a nice weight reduction. :)
And a box from italy! :)
btw, it was not a big shopping tour and 1 week nonstop work, it was a 3 month project... ;)
[QUOTE=-CD-;187223]I keep on posting here... :)
All your cars look beautiful and showroom new!
Threads can never have too many pictures - love all the CF and the titanium caps all 6 of them. If you didn't buy the center caps I have a set let me know.
It's a good day to do some detailing - thanks for the motivation :)
Christian- She is coming along nicely and all the carbon fiber and titanium is really dressing her up for show. Very pretty.
I added a 430 Scuderia watertank to add the carbon cover to match the optic from the rest of the engine bay.
After engine bay the interior get some upgrades :)
First i like the look of the all black interior details from the Scud,
so i change the dash vents and the climate control:
the steering wheel got the MA Carbon upgrade, really nice part and i build in a
pair Scud shift paddles:
and the carbon sills:
MA Carbon map light...
and the F1 console didnīt match the complete black upgraded interior
and so i send it to a galvanic firm and they made it in black chrome and i added a set of black eloxated aluminium screws :)
And the last upgrade was a lightweight diffusor which a friend made for me in carbon.
i like the optic from the integrated fins a lot...
Christian- She looks great. At the rate you are investing money in her, you could almost have bought a Scuderia.
And yes, a low mileage 2008 F430 + upgrades is not big money away from a Scud.
That i have an eye on a pair sportseats make it a little bit more stupid... :D
But i love the F430 with the perfect GT and the little Racer character and i love full leather interiors and so i made my choice. :)
A grey Scud with full leather and i'm in :) but i didn't want to upgrade a original Scud with Alcantara to full leather.
But a Scud is a dreamcar, too!
Christian, welcome to Flife. Great looking car and very nice upgrades!
Now the only thing left is to paint the dog black.....:-)
Some great modifications Christian, and great pics to show the detail. Nice work.
