Hello

Hi everyone, I'm Peter and I live in Scotland. I visited the Forum a few times and was delighted to see real 'Enthusiasts and Gear/Petrolheads', aside from the wealth of knowledge, so I decided to join you all!!!

Amongst my toys I have a great Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M and have recently purchased my 3rd Maserati, a Maserati MC Stradale. I'm now also seeking out my 4th Ferrari which will be a nicely specified dual colour 599 HGTE...I almost bought one a few months back, it was Bianco Avus with a Grigio Apaco roof, red stitching and red calipers, it was beaurtiful in picture, but after travelling to the otherside of the UK to view it, I found it had a few very deep stonechips and as it was already detailed for me, I was disapointed that they hadn't also taken the time to paint them, so I left it & Im still on the hunt, so if you hear of any dual tone 599's coming onto the market in the UK, must be RHD, please ping me a PM.

I have posted some photos of the above toys, I hope you enjoy them. My 16M is one of a kind colour, Blu Abu Dhabi and one of only 55 in RHD, I am told there are only 30 left in the UK now and of those 9 are off the road in private collections.

I look forward to meeting up with Boxer and the rest of the guys when they visit my Country on FLED6.

All the best
Peter

Peter

Glad you made it - even if the Kodak moments did not

Tell me more about the 599 HGTE - love that beast!

I saw a Scud in Abu Dhabi with gold wheels

Enjoy the place!

Help shouldn't be far off.

Anyway - I am the last one to take advice from ... most my pictures in my thread are upside down.

Peter, can you try fewer picks per post? If the sum of all the photos exceeds 10MB this error happens.

Apologies Boxer, I can see where my punctuation may have led you to understand this....I owned one F1 and a Zonda was the other one listed that I had, albeit the Zonda only stayed a mere 2 weeks, as I sold it on to a good friend who was moving overseas, hence my planned visit to Pagani next year!

The Zonda is an interesting one. Has been on the bucket list for a while. Harry Metcalfe seems to love his but don't hear much from other owners.

It was on my bucket list too & I almost managed to drive one until Mike twisted my arm to sell it to him before I managed!

Still good things come to those that wait and Ill be able to drive one in Italy when I visit the factory...
