Irish Ferrari Owners Club season kick off

Just back from the first Irish FOC event of the season.

Official reason for congregation was to have a look at the FF in the metal (still hadn't seen one until today, apart from a heavily disguised one in Maranello on FLED5). My God it is big. No opportunity to drive it today, but that will come later in the year I'm assured. Still not convinced on it's styling though. Maybe it will grow in time.

Took the GT4 and 3 children this time round. Finally realised today why most Ferrari's are built with 2 seats...

Few pictures from the afternoon.

Great pics and write up Barry, I really should post some pics etc of our Scottish FOC runs, our last one took us over some spectacular Perthshire roads ending up at the world famous Gleneagles Hotel for a late lunch....

You're providing a good flavour of what we can all expect during our Scottish Area's Irish visit in May......Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make it this time though as I am in the English Lake District with my wife and some friends that week to celebrate her Birthday.

Yesterday's history, tomorrow's a mystery, today's a gift.....enjoy every minute!

Current: California 30 Handling Speciale.
Past: FF, 458 Speciale, California 30, 599HGTE, Scuderia Spider 16M, California, F430 Spider

Veery nice pictures, Barry ! That photograph out of the back window with that "squat" kind Boxer "luring" is fabulous ! And yes....the FF is really BIG...I can't get friendly with it somehow.

But most interesting to me is that you are taking AGAIN the 308 GT4. The classic virus seems to be already deep within you!

Hit 4,000 km in the GT4 since November yesterday! More than I've done in any car in a long time. The 360 only has 3,000 km in the last 12 months (but I plan to change that very soon).

Bitten by the bug...
