Jimmy,

Thanks for the post, I'm happy to see the account finally worked out for you. When the 365 is finished you can email me photos and I will add the photos if you like.

Chris,

The Dino models started with 00001 and were not part of the regular Ferrari factory line so the SNs do in fact overlap some of the Ferrari models.

It creates a logistics nigthmare for me. Technically the Dino should have its own database because the records will overlap and that is poor database design.

Dino's started with 00002, since they only have even numbers

New Toy

Sure. Red with tan interior. Previous owner painted top, mirrors, spoiler and side gills red to match. I haven't decided yet whether to go back to black. Car has 34,000 miles, and spent its life in California and Arizona. No major problems, just a few oil leaks, old hoses, and overall detailing to do. I'm looking forward to digging in. This is my fourth Ferrari.

Anyone knows the exact name of the color? It's not Rosso Corsa, it's the same red which is being used for the F1 car. Rosso Scuderia perhaps?

Anyway, scroll down for the VIN

Edit: it is Rosso Scuderia

The VIN of this Rossa F355 Spider with black interior is ZFFXR48B000105108
The car was registrated the first time in april 1996. It was originaly sold in Germany but imported to Belgium and registrated there in June 1998.

I can also confirm that ZFFWA19B000080139 is a Rossa 328GTB from February 1989... unfortanetely no pic of that one...

Both cars are currently located in Belgium.

Hope I could contribute to the registry this way...
