hi everyone i just bought a 1990 testarossa yesterday and would like some help as far as brakes,wheels and regular maintenance.thanks

Welcome to Ferrari Life. Some real TR experts here that can probably help you. For wheels, the 512 TR wheels make a really nice update. Attached is a word document with Ferrari wheel sizes and offsets for five bolt wheels like yours.
There is a maintenance schedule in the owners manual, and you can download TR OMs and a workshop manual for free at ferraridatabase.com. Any specific questions on maintenance?

I have a TR and suggest you consider the upgrades I performed on my own car:
Carbon fiber w/glass engine cover
Carbon fiber air intake heat shield
3-piece HRE 18" wheels w/Pirelli P-Zero tires
F40 Brembo big brake kit
All parts were sourced by Norwoods out of Texas and installed by Competizione (FL sponsor)
Search TR upgrades and you will find details, costs and pics
