Looking to purchase first Ferrari, 360 Spyder

I am entering this new world by buying my first ferrari and I am focused on the 360 Spyder. I like others want to understand what is the best way to approach this as I want to make sure that I receive value for price and more importantly don't find myself in the uncomfortable experience of being in the shop all the time for not doing the right due diligence. Couple of questions:
1. Does anyone know a good inspector to do the PPI in Texas (Houston or Dallas)
2. My research tells me the research value on this model is very good and has pretty much plateaued. Any insight on this would help tremendously.
3. Assuming a good car, how much does one spend for repairs/ maintenance a year (barring any out of the ordinary repairs and maintenance issues)?
4. Any other helpful hints would be greatly appreciated
5. What do you guys think of this car 2004 Ferrari Spyder

Car looks great and seems like a great price. But price seems about $10k to $20k below other cars of same year / style. I would make sure you have a good PPI and records. Ask the dealer about a warranty. Worst case scenario, you might end up spending $10k to $15k if you discover problems. Best case, you would have a bargain at that price.

I agree in that other 2004's have been selling for 105,000 to 110,000. This is for one oar at best two owner less than 10k miles and owner dealer service history.

strongest prices is where customer trades in or consigns to dealer servicing car..documented service history.

I would wonder why the Lambo dealer is 20,000 less.

Check with Ferrari Washington DC . They have a red spider one owner, low miles for$109,000 on consignment. Full service cords. Owner just had cam seals and belts, etc just completed in March and then spent $6500 to repair steering rack in April of this year. Color red/tan
