Not sure how useful this is, but in Europe a 360/550/575, an F430, and a 599/458 for modern cars, depending on whether you like V8s or V12s. For vintage cars, a 365 GT 2+2 for the middle price or maybe a 250/330 2+2.

The ideal starter Ferrari to me is the 328. Not as pretty as the 308 to me, but much updated and easy to maintain, plus pretty much inflation-proof.

Usually do not respond to this kind of thread, but what the heck. Coulda, woulda, shoulda.

Every day I look around, and if nobody is shooting at me, it is a pretty good day.

If you are looking for a modern Ferrari, 360 or 430 is a great place to start. More of a classic, then a 308/328.

for budget 1, 328 or 360 (the 360 will cost more to have maintained if you can do your own maintenance on the 328) It really is a matter of which car you prefer, I chose the 360 for myself.

For budget 2, a 599

For budget 3, a 599

That is all there is to Ferrari, older but really nice and very desirable 328, new and daily driver quality 360 and the very best and most awesome 599, I have heard rumors that Ferrari has made other models but I don't believe them. I expect I will never sell my 360 because the only car I would ever replace it with is the 599 and its hard to win the lottery when you don't buy tickets.

Ok, my wife really likes the 550 and I might be forced into one someday, that would be around budget 1 1/2
