Not sure how useful this is, but in Europe a 360/550/575, an F430, and a 599/458 for modern cars, depending on whether you like V8s or V12s. For vintage cars, a 365 GT 2+2 for the middle price or maybe a 250/330 2+2.
The ideal starter Ferrari to me is the 328. Not as pretty as the 308 to me, but much updated and easy to maintain, plus pretty much inflation-proof.
