anyone dealt with or know these guys?

2005 Ferrari F430, $124,500 - Cars.com

hopefully the link works. This one is in my price range for an F430. I only wish it was tan and from a factory authorized Ferrari dealer. somehow i feel more at ease with listings from the Ferrari dealers. Just missed one at Miller Motorcars, CTat a little higher price but could have made the stretch.

Never heard of them but it's FL and I typically put them last on my lists.

Never heard of them. Could be a dealer who buys at auction the Ferraris the big boys do not want, so be careful.

Hmm i think the miller car went to another flifer.

I like this car and black- you have to like the car not the price. This one has five owners, local car- serviced at the Colllection at Coral Gables accordingbto the Carfax. Perhaps they could tell you about it. There are several dealers/ independents to have a PPI done and Miami is easy to get to and see it yourself.

By the look of their site they are a reseller of "status cars" and may be a DBA shop. Proceed with caution.

I like it. Could be a good deal if it checks out.

update:

Granucci, why is FL at bottom of your list?

Update: i spoke with salesperson at place selling the F430 above. He did not sound very knowledgeable about the car nor the F430 lineup. Our 10 min conversation concluded that his assistant was going to email me the service records and nothing was sent. "procees with caution?" not even close. I'm running from this one.

Scotts: any pics of your car? be great to see the dream come true! Mine has to be 6 speed for the obvious reasons you mentioned.
BTW-the one on Fchat is F1 tranny. do keep me posted if you see something else though.

There are a lot of dealers in FL (and TX) dealing in high end cars that are less than truthful about the cars they sell. Think salvage titles, flood, accident damage that is not disclosed to the buyer. If buying car a car from there, do some extra due diligence on the dealer. There are good dealers out there.

+1 Also, the consumer protection laws in FL are written in favor of the dealer, so some are tempted to misrepresent the cars.
