Changing your color...

Well, i always imagined my first F car being red over tan. It has not been too easy to locate the perfect car thus far. I have seen silver and yellow up close at car shows and man....they all look nice no matter what color! There was a time when i said, i'll take any color if my wife surprised me one day! Since, there's a fat chance of that happening, i have to find my car on my own and it has not been too easy to find.

SOOOOOoooo i started to think about a yellow 360. Having 2 color options should provide double the choices right? assuming there were the same amount built ofcourse. However, i fear buyers remorse where i keep saying "man, i wish i would have waited for that red one..." do you guys think red ferrari's are too common? maybe that's why i had it ingrained that mine had to be red...bottomline, they all look nice....perhaps the best color is whatever is in my garage eh?

I wouldn't worry at all what others think, i.e. "too common." It's common for a reason. To me, a Ferrari is too big an investment of time and money to not get exactly what you want. I always wanted a red/tan one and that's exactly what I got. Don't "settle." There's one out there, just be patient.

I think the 360 looks best in other colors besides Red and I wanted any color but red, yellow was my first choice but to be honest any color but Red (and Black, that is for hearses only).

In the 3x8 world, they look best in red and that was my first choice.

In the non-Ferrari world I really wanted a red S2000 until I saw one, is the way to to go on the S2000 (I settled for Silverstone).

Cars have lines that clearly indicate what color they should be, the 360/430 just looks so much better in something besides red. Choose the color the car looks good to YOU, its YOUR car. There is one other thing, when you go to a event you can say the one non-red one is mine, instead of saying its the 7th red one from the left.

The words Fly Yellow have a nice Italian ring to it.

For what it's worth, I originally wanted a TDF or Azzuro Spider. I looked at several before Celeste talked me into "accepting" Rosso Corsa.

Although I would still like a blue car, I have absolutely no regrets about getting a red one. In fact, I'm glad she talked me into it.

Our NEXT Ferrari will be blue....

Of all the narcissists I know, I love me the most.
