2.7 ferrari 355 will need timing belt change

hi guys
I am looking to change my own timing belts & HILL bearings on 1995- f 355-2.7 engine

Once the engine is out, the procedure is pretty well explained in the WSM....

the engine will not be removed, I removed my GAS tank & everything around
TIMING BELTS can be seen

Does not change the procedure for changing the belts and timing the cams, just the location. Do you have the WSM?

Yes, you do. But you can always just do a lock and swap that will leave you with the timing you already have. Not optimum, but maybe a good idea first time around. Do you have a degree wheel and dial indicators to allow you to determine TDC and cam timing? If not, you are stuck with doing a lock and swap or having someone help you who does have the equipment and expertise to do the work.

I removed both heads & can't seamed to find any timing marks

this ia a 1995 ferrari 2.7 engine I have to used timing etc.

dreamer is pulling your leg. only available through classiche( requires re-stamping the block). need to call the dealer, i don't have all the info.

Call your local Ferrari dealer and just tell them you need the certification to change the 2.7 F355 to the 3.5.

They will have to do some certification, which I think requires removal and relocation of the gas tank.

Other than that, it's a simple process which can be done with any routine non engine drop belt change job.
