Brake squealing and rotor corrosion

Has anyone used a product called Wurth SBS Brake Treatment. Supposed to help eliminate brake squealing and help prevent brake rotor corrosion.

Here is a link ...

Snake oil.

Iron rotors will rust and a treatment that inhibits rust on the braking surface will deminish brake performance.

Some brake pads squeel but many good ones do not. Also incorrect installation of pads and or failing to resurface rotors account for 90% of squeeling problems.

Chemical band aids are not the answer.
Fix the brakes.

I'm guessing the squeal occurs after a wash, along with the rotor corrosion (rust)? The trick is not to apply product but to blow them dry followed by a short drive to heat the pads/rotors so to finish drying & remove the surface rust before parking. I tried a product like this long ago and it impacted braking capability, can't speak to this one but please be careful.

Another option is to swap steel for ceramic )

Thanks for the replies. I saw the product at a local event and was skeptical. I will give it a pass.
