That's an easy one, the guy who connected the radio took the accessory wire from the ignition to power up the radio. He must of messed something up in there like spliced another wire too or pulled on something as you need to pull a little on wires sometimes. I would go back to the shop and ask them to check it and fix it. DIsconnecting the radio will not do it alone because the wire he spliced into is still spliced....
If they say no, say no problem, I will have Ferrari come pick up my car, they can get quite expensive...I will call my lawyer and have him send you the bill including his.
