Jim- She sure is pretty. Tiny, too. You must look up at the differential on SUVs when driving her.

Point taken Sir, but still two of the most beautiful cars AND in the best of hands! Is Pebble Beach open to the public? If it is I'm going to travel there one of these years to see these wonders in the flesh.

David.

Dear David,

Pebble Beach Concours d"Elegance is not cheap. Their web site says "The cost is $275 per ticket. Tickets will also be available for purchase Day of Show, Sunday, beginning at 7am. The cost per ticket will be $300."

However I understand that there may be nefarious ways to enter without paying that much money...

Best regards,

Robert

Thank you. Seems like a trip to the USA is brewing for 2016. Just the thought of NYC sends Lina into palpitations!

I am still at a complete loss for words how the Dino could not have won BIC for L-2. I believe that it literally has 1967 Italian air in the tires.

As for Pebble, join the "dawn patrol" at 5:00am and watch the greatest cars in the world glide toward you thru the pre-dawn fog to their places on the lawn - it's something you'll never forget and it's free. And maybe be lucky enough to get one of the coveted Hagerty dawn patrol baseball caps. . . . the last time I did it, I was schlepping an original wooden Lampredi tool box from the Polo Grounds.

Thanks for the tip Bryan. If I am going to travel half way around the globe for a car show, may as well make a full day of it! 2016 here we come.

Speaking of these vintage beauties with smaller engine: Does anyone see or know of a [I'm truly believing] Dino in the works?

Would love to see Jim do a re-do on that type.

My son can't decide either. Believe it or not, both of these pics were taken the same weekend. Hey Jim, I have some pics of your car. Would you like me to post them? If so, here or another thread?
