Thanks for the links Jim ! Great presentation of a spectacular plan and Goal.
In the "Exclusive Drive" Report I read about the develping Story behind your race cars. You went from Initial 12 to the Scud based 8 cylinders and now to the Turbo 6 cylinder (sorry if I'm not correct or misread). lengths of engine block / weight must be a important factor ? Bigger torque from bigger single cylinder capacity as well (going out of those many narrow ring bends) and Hybrid/Kers in Addition to it (shaving weight away is always good.... )?

Present: 365 GTB/4, Scud
Past: 250 GTE, 250 PF (2), 275 GTBsn, 330 GTC, 456GT, 550, 360Stradale, 430Scuderia, F40, F50

Yes. V12's are too fuel inefficient for endurance racing today where over 24 hours good fuel efficiency can save you a pit stop. Twin Turbo V6's can produce enough HP and Torque to get the job done much more efficiently and in a much smaller and lighter package which allows you to build a much more aerodynamic car as well.

Probably one of the basic reasons why the 6 cylinder aerodynamically proper Porsches 911 have been so successfull at the Ring on the endurance races.

Jim, that room almost reminds me of a cadaver dissection room ! Of course, in my case, the room was many times that size with several dozens.

I can see what you mean Jimmy. It must have felt eerie in there. It does look a tad macabre. When I was an undergraduate, our dissection room was bright and cheerful. Brilliant white, massive skylights and had a live sized photo of Leonardo's David. Even the rows of cadavers couldn't ruin the ambience.

Maybe the SCG003 birthplace could do with a bit of sprucing up, so that it reflects the magic of what will be created there. But then again, possibly the contrast will be more spectacular as it currently is.

David.

Yes 3 pedal with paddles although we can engineer a conventional stick shifter should a customer want one on their road version.

Not only is tub CF but front and rear subframes are as well.

Excellent, James! I follow you here and on FB, as I study something close to this on mech.eng. university, it is a great thing I could see some parts and how are they made.
Cheers

EDIT: optional 6 speed manual - I predict its gonna be popular
