Gingerman 2014

Just before the FCA 2014 National, the Central States Region is having our track weekend June 7-8 at Gingerman in Southaven (SW lower Michigan). FCA rules apply (no passing in brake zones or turns, wave-by required for passing, etc). Two full days of track time.
Drivers range in experience from total newbies to those with racing history (eg, Pratt-Miller crew chief en route to LeMans to go for another ring). Drivers are in novice, intermediate, and advanced run groups. Instructors provided at no extra cost.
Ferraris ranged from a Lusso (!) to 360N-GT, F-40, 333SP, 458's (street , Challenge, and GT3!)...
One very quick driver tells me he hopes to come back with his newly acquired 333SP for 2014.
Since this is a regional event, we are not limited to Ferraris only. BMW, Porsche, Radical, Corvette, and Viper attendance has been delightful but would like to have Lamborghini and McLaren drivers join us. Japanese marques in 2013 ranged from prepped Miata to Nissan GTP(!).
Want to run with a 90's Mustang TransAm (840 very loud horsepower) or a Riley&Scott Mk III that raced against the 333SP's back in the day? Check out the onboard video (Gingerman 2013) by googling the YouTube Riley&Scott MkIII 333SP 458 to warm your soul while getting through the winter (turn up the volume).
This continues to be an unmuffled event- ie no noise limits- with speed limits only during lunchtime touring. Local lodging is around $150 per night. The track is about 10 minutes away. FCA dealer technicians have provided final tech at track and tech support at the event (including getting my wife's 355 back on track years ago!).
Registration should be online at the Central States FCA website in 2014 but feel free to call 815 836-3528 or e-mail [email protected] for any questions, info, etc.
Please consider joining us whether for preparation for the FCA National, for your fist track event, or for just having some driving fun.

Looks like you may have a pleasant time deciding what to drive!
Please watch your speeds coming through southern Illinois on those flat highways!
Best.

One of the drivers from last year may not be driving his TransAm racer at Gingerman this year...
he has obtained a closed cockpit 670hp Riley to bring along.
Two total rookies also to sign up.
Hoping online registration will be up Central States Region FCA website soon.

On-line registration for Gingerman 2014 now started.
Go to Central States FCA website and click on Events, then go to Gingerman weekend.
Early returns have representation from Lamborghini, Porsche, and Ferrari (430).
One F-40, a 333SP, a Riley&Scott MK III, a Radical, and a Riley MK XXII (closed cockpit Daytona Prototype, Chevy V8)... and that is with registration just opened.
Get ready to check the tires and light the fires.
Best.
