This is one of the cars we were supporting this weekend. The two guys i bunked with, david and rob, are doing the final detail on the green at pebble. Sadly this car did not win an award in one of the largest classes at the show. This car participated in the first British Grand Prix at Brooklands in 1926.
We were also supporting Peter Mullin's 3 cars at the historics along with a 1949 delahaye and a 1939 talbot prototype w/chapron body. Pic of our paddock and 4 of the 5 cars and one of Peter on the track in his 1950 Talbot T26C.
Rolling over to Concourso Italiano in the '49 Delahaye. The '39 Talbot is in front. When we arrived, they thought we were in the show and waived us onto the field for free. Kinda like showing up at the club in the ferraris and getting comped, but better!
