Ferrari 456 Torque Loss

Hi
I have just had my 456 tested on a rolling road and it is producing a lot less torque than the quoted Ferrari figure - 312 lb/ft vs 398 lb/ft, I appreciate that my car is over 25 years old now but that is quite a lot, plus it appears to be over fueling and running really rich as the engine speed increases during the test, does anyone else have a similar problem? I am running 5.2 ECU's and I have had the system checked by the on board diagnostics and everything appears to be running fine and a compression test shows all the cylinders to be aligned. Its just losing that 'killer' feel.

Drivetrain losses on dynos are 15-20%, more with an automatic. 20% loss is close to what you are showing, 21-22%.

What was the AFR recorded during the dyno run? This would be quite revealing...

This contradicts your first observation. Just because there's not a code set doesn't mean there's not a problem. Any chance fuel trims were observed?
