91 TR Brake piston adjustment?

Problem: When changing brake pads, the inner front pistons, on both sides, won't retract to allow clearance for new pad. I don't see any adjustment screw or anything... Solution? Suggestions?

sorry for ther late reply

Buy a C clamp and push the piston back in, put your pads on and install it back quick !

The C clamp bolt that screws goes inside the piston

There is no screw on the caliper besides the bleeder screw (to let air out of the brake system)

I must chime in here.....the TR has pistons on BOTH SIDES of the caliper. So you need a spreader tool....to compress in both directions at the same time. I bought my tool off ebay (cheapie) and it works great, don't remember the brand. Also when compressing the pistons back into the calipers you ought to loosen the cap on the master cylinder resovoir and maybe put some rags under it to catch any excess fluid. A brake job doesn't get much easier than on a TR.....very service friendly.
