Begging is a real unattractive quality, and thinking you are entitled to things is typical of today's "thinking".

You need to earn a Ferrari. Find a decent job, work hard, and hope you get lucky. And then realise that life is more than a Ferrari - it is about getting the satisfaction of having constructed a reasonable lifestyle for yourself. A Ferrari is nothing more than the icing on the cake. It is the cake that matters.

Best of luck.

I actually remember thinking that someone might simply give me a Ferrari. Many years ago I discovered the Ferrari brand and I was smitten, to to say the least. I had such a strong craving for owning a Ferrari and loved the brand so much that I though surely a rich man will appreciate my fascination with Ferrari and that he will recognize my fervent love for Ferrari cars and actually give a car to me. I truly dreamed about this becoming a reality. Yes, it's silly I know, but the story is true, so I know just how the OP must feel.

That was a long time ago when I was 9 years old. When I turned 10 years old I was much wiser and realized what I child I had been. The idea of getting one as a gift is absolutely stupid and rather embarrassing when you think about it, but the dream of owning a Ferrari didn't fade and now (many many years later) I own one. I had to save enough money to buy one and then manage my life in such a way that not only could I afford to own and maintain one but I could also justify owning one.

But even after all these years I can still distinctly remember my childish and foolish belief that I deserved to have one given to me as a gift. Thank goodness I wised up at age 10. I suggest the OP wise up too, even if he's not yet 10.

Maybe Luca di Montezemolo will give you one if you ask him nicely. Maybe he won't. Maybe pigs will learn to fly, but maybe . . .

Best wishes, John

I think JazzyO and Mozella have covered this off!

Grow up, get educated, get working, and manage your money. And then try to solve the real problem - being time poor!

Cheers
