At the moment I might have to say the 365 GT2+2. There was a black one here at work a few months ago with Borani wire wheels and it just looked amazing. Sleak, long, and just plain classy looking. If I had the money to drop on an old 2+2 it'd be my choice. Lots of room in the front and back. Big trunk as well.

After seing my first 365 GT 2+2 on monday, I have to say its the greatest. I was really surprised by how long the car is but its beautiful.
The 412 and the 330 GT 2+2 would be second and third on my list.

You like the 412? Isn't it just a tad boxy? Well, to each his/her own.

I again have to say I like the 365 GT 2+2. Quite the good looking car. Saw one down the peninsula about a month ahnd a half ago and I just can't argue with that V12 and the pininfarina design.

I knew someone would say this.
Maybe I have bad taste, but anyway I find it nice.

Well someone did.

Well, it probably is one of the most low cost V12s avaialble, so I'll give it that.

Isn't it interesting that Ferrari is universally known for it's red cars ("It's gotta be red to be a Ferrari!"), and yet so many 2+2 models are built in colours other-than-red.

Pls don't tell me it's because 2+2s aren't real Ferraris, but I don't think I have EVER seen a 456 in red, and maybe just one or two 400 series cars. The Mondials seem to be an exception with most of them being done in Rosso Corsa, but most of the other 2+2s would appear to be built in blue or silver shades. Isn't this odd? :-?

A 2+2 is a real Ferrari.. ...they build it don't they?

I think Roso is a racing color or so. A 2+2 is more a society car, or something... ...or the color just doesn't fit all the 2+2 car.

For what my opinion is worth, I have seen the 456 GT and 365 GTC/4 in Rosso and think they both look much better in the darker colors. My guess is that the larger size of the cars just does not lend it's self to Rosso.

I have seen a 456 in Rosso Corsa and I did like it. Something about Rosso Corsa just makes me like it on any Ferrari. I even like it on the 550/575's. 8)

The current Forza magazine has a write-up on 2+2s for anyone who's interested to know more.

Agree, the August Forza has excellent articles on both the 612 Scaglietti and the original 2+2, the 250 GTE.

Although the 456 has been talked about (and personally I think it looks incredible in red) no-one's actually put it forward in answer to the post.

In my opinion, it's not only one of the most beautiful and elegent 2+2s - it's one of the most beautiful and elegent Ferraris.

Not sure that makes it the greatest though.

Hi all,

did anyone think of the 365 GTC/4? That is also a 2+2 and in my opinion the most beautiful! Specially in light blue or silver.
