Dear Al,

Happy that they are going to a good home, will get them out to you shortly.

Agree fully about Santa Fe being beautiful, nestled in the foot hills of the Sangre de Christo mountain range. Attached is a recent shot of the progress on the remodeling effort on the house we bought. Still snow on the Santa Fe ski basin.

Best regards,

Admiral, congratulations ! Busy and exciting times for your family.

While you may miss your old neighbors, the new territory is full of sunshine. You would need new pairs of sunglasses for all !

w/ smiles

Hi Admiral,

Thanks much for the magazines and good to chat with you on the phone. I recycle the magazines at car events with kids who show exuberance since they will eventually own my cars (I'm just a caretaker). We'll make a lot of kids happy having these magazines.

I'm looking forward to seeing pics of the finished garage with the little blue car in it.
(pics of the finished guest room would be nice too, just saying - with a view of the mountains perhaps?)

PM me with your current address and I'll drop a check in the mail today sir.

I will be on one of the foothills in the upper right corner of dad's pic above. Here is my carport with a 15x15 shop behind it. I'll convert the carport to a garage next year. The photovoltaic arrays generate enough power, that the previous owner got about $500 per year back from the power co. Second pic is from the bottom of my property looking up at the (l-r) carport, the house, and the guest house - w/ the moon rising.

Al - it looks like I will probably be going to Reading on Sunday, so I can bring the magazines.

You are going to LOVE your solar. I set up a self cleaning rig, via my yard watering system to clean the array at early morning sprinkle....removes the heavy dust, but thinking just a hose once in a bit will do the same.
