Car Covers

Hi,

I am looking to park my 355 in a public parking lot and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a car cover that not only babies the finish but protects against dings.

A good outdoor cover will provide a bit more protection than an indoor cover. Make sure you get one that is not too tight and allows air to flow over the car.

I guess the most important question would be, will your car be exposed to moisture while in storage? If not, a cover similar to the factory cover should work just fine. I ordered mine, in matching white, from Ricambi, a site sponsor.

Original Cover

I was thinking of using the original cover as a base but then overlaying it with a non-descript cover over that one. Anyone have an opinion as to how well the original cover works. Does it do well in the garage? Is it gentle enough on the paint? Or should I just replace it entirely with an after market?
