Joke of the Day!

How do you know when an Auto Transport Company is lying?

Their mouths are open!

Man, 3-4 day delay, was hoping to drive the new toy this weekend.

We are lucky, even though the economy sucks, everyone still needs a gallon of gas, petroleum distribution is one of the few industries that is basically recession proof. Sure people may take less trips because of higher gas prices, but they still need to drive to work everyday.

Man it's 7:30 now, this driver is like the cable guy. How do you give a 2 hour delivery window. 2.5 hours max from Spokane to here. In my next life I am going to be an auto transporter. Every car I would deliver would be on time, unless you are an Fchat member.

Can only find one key, so I will look tomorrow, if not, I will call Mir at Bentley Chicago, because he said 2 keys included. Headlights are definitely cloudy, so off I go on Wednesday to RTGT to get them replaced under warranty, wonder how long it will take to get a replacement set?

Ok found the other key, in the owner's manual pouch.

I am wondering if the spot I showed in glue built up because of the cold weather that they had in Ohio. Very cold here too, was down to 19 degrees. It sucked sitting out in the cold inspecting the car, I was like, dang, looks good, need to go!

I am very serious on the loud part. I have a completely decatted FD RX-7 that used to sound like a sport bike at redline. I got a noise complaint ticket, so I added another muffler to quiet it down. This is the loudest car I have ever been in period, and I didn't even push it last night on the short drive home. Probably the RSC muffler is close to the volume level of the Tubi Titanium. Will put a DB meter on the car at idle, and at mid rpm level stopped, and see what it produces.

Only other issue, is the rear sub box and the sunglass holder is in black leather? Wonder if the car came without a radio, and the previous owner, only 1, added the sub box after the fact? Could always get that redone in alcantara with red stitching, or just change the stitching to red.
Just strange, because every car I looked at on Autotrader, Dupont, and EBAY has the sub box match the rear shelf material and stitching? Maybe RTGT can look up the window sticker for me when I am there tomorrow, and find out the discrepancy.

I will, but it basically looks identical to the one currently at Interstate Motors in New Jersey. Interior is mint, just the Passport 9500 install. Had to go sit it in last night, as I could not sleep. Didn't want to drive it that late at night, and p/o my neighbors.

Is the fuel filler release near the emergency brake handle, like on a 360, will need to fill it up when I come home for lunch, so we can get the temporary registration taken care of today.

I have a passport system as well.... need to read up on the owners manual to figure it all out.

Is the exhaust stock? They are all that loud?
