430 Scuderia in Tiffany Blue for sale...

Don't want to offend anyone here, but for me personally, this is one of the ugliest Scuderia's I've seen....

Ferrari of Newport Beach is selling a very special Ferrari 430 Scuderia. The 2009 Scuderia is dressed in Tiffany Blue or Turquoise.

The Italian sports car is fitted with yellow brake calipers, US carbon package, yellow tachometer, Alcantara interior, Ferrari iPod, carbon fiber steering wheel plus LEDS, navigation, white racing stripe, large racing seats, and blue stitching.

The sales advertisement states:
If you’re a serious car collector or just someone looking for an extremely rare find this is your car and the only one like it on the planet. We sent the Tiffany gift box along with the white silk ribbon to the factory and said match it! The result was the “Tiffany Blue” 430 Scuderia. Truly a “One Off”.
The prancing horse has only done 427 miles and is available at a price of $ 219,000.

A straight stick 430 I can understand. A clever idea, a guy could always give it to his wife as a gift.

But a Scud?!

Of all the narcissists I know, I love me the most.

Tiffany's PR department should market the car - show it off at the NY store.

It would be sold in under a week.

With my wife's extensive collection of boxes from said store, i am sure she would not turn it down, then again she grew up liking the new shits on the block, so her tastes can be considered questionable on occasion

edit: poor spelling

What'd I tell you; Celeste, who is all too familiar with the Little Blue Box saw it and her first reaction was, I quote:

"That's a pretty car!"

I'm looking at that car trying to think of a way to "man it up". I can't find one....

Current: 85' GTS QV
It's a simple process...... it's just complicated by human beings....

Thinking the same thing - even called on it yesterday to see if it was pearl paint - next car it is high on the list to have that option.

Held on the phone for a good 5 minutes they came back and I gave them my number. No return call as of yet

But while holding - they do have a nice 430 in Fuji but not lovin the red interior.

Also a 599 striped

I actually love me some red interiors BUT that 430 needs to be either Silver, Nart Blue or Black to look right with it. The 599 is interesting.

Tiffany save CF everywhere - door handles center caps gas cap lower rockers black calipers black tail lights and tint.

Not sure what to do with the wheels if anything but the CF looks pretty good next to the blue - IMO

That car looks like it mated with a Thunderbird.

I need to find out the story on this car - Tiffany's takes their colors pretty serious and I highly doubt Ferrari knowing the box and color trademark they just went ahead and painted it in that color scheme.

Someone at Tiffany's is either an extremely good customer or it was made for a special event or someone at the head office - either way my guess is Tiffany's had their hand in it.

Discussing just that - in another thread.

The Ford GT's go for another 50k in that scheme.

If only you could get this one at a really good bargain then it might be interesting, even in a vinyl for fun.

Doug, Jay- You know, with an orange Scud stripe and regular gray/gold wheels, it might not look so bad. Trying to remember, but I think CS stripes are decals, but Scud stripes are painted.
