Well my wife keeps asking me to do it (Yes what a great wife) So assuming I can take the time from the business I think I'll be doing the July course - I do have a friend here in the Valley who did the course two years ago and said it was the best thing ever! Highly recommended it and said it was really great to be able to bring his wife as well.

FYI: I just received the following from Ferrari with the 2011 schedule/costs etc.

We are pleased to announce the 2011 Ferrari Driving Experience provisional schedule. Registration for the upcoming season at Le Circuit Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada is scheduled to open on January 4, 2011. The schedule below identifies BASIC and ADVANCE level program dates. The program is hosted at The Hotel Quintessence a 5-star resort located minutes from the track. As a reminder, the Ferrari Driving Experience is open exclusively to Ferrari owners.

PROVISIONAL SCHEDULE
June 7-8 Basic
June 9-10 Advance
June 13-14 Basic
July 18-19 Basic
July 20-21 Advance Aug 1-2 Basic
Aug 15-16 Basic
Aug 17-18 Advance
Aug 29-30 Basic

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
BASIC: The Ferrari Driving Experience is an exclusive two-day precision driving school that allows Ferrari Owners to experience the performance of a Ferrari in the controlled environment of a race track. Students drive the all-new 458 Italia, 599 HGTE and California on the panoramic and challenging Circuit Mont-Tremblant, a former Formula One venue. During the two day program, students learn various driving techniques including threshold braking, weight transfer, managing acceleration, and identifying the proper track line. Although the setting is a race track, the Ferrari Driving Experience is not a racing school. The focus is on learning to drive and control a Ferrari properly and to understand and communicate with the vehicle. Skills are progressively developed before students lap the complete Mont-Tremblant race track. Course fee is $9,700 USD.

ADVANCE: For graduates of the Basic level. The premise of the Advance level is to further develop the skills identified in the Basic program, and to provide even greater comfort and confidence at speed. In-depth training, including the use of telemetry analysis, includes theory sessions and involves highly personalized instruction. Like the Basic level, students drive the 458 Italia, 599 HGTE and California but are also exposed to the new 458 Challenge race car driven by a professional instructor. Course fee is $11,900 USD plus an optional $800 damage liability limitation.

GUESTS: Because the setting is spectacular and extremely hospitable to family and friends, guests are encouraged to attend. The guest fee is $950 USD and includes shared lodging with a registered student, all program meals at the Hotel Quintessence, lunches at the track, shuttles to and from the circuit and a hot lap of the track with a professional driver.

Sounds like a fellow Brit on that video :-) Cool drive Boxer, did you just learn track skills or things you could apply on the open road? I really want to brush up on my skid control, I fear that all the computers in my car are taking my edge away! I've had a couple of moments recently in other cars (Non F cars) where I find myself assuming the Car will correct and nearly been caught out. I need some time on a skid pan with the Manettino set to "bonkers mode" :-)

Video was from the sighting lap. Focus was definitely on the track but most of the skills do transfer to the open road. Even in a 360 Challenge, you would be constantly fighting with the ASR coming out of the last corner onto the straight. One of the things I really like about the F40, Mosler etc is the lack of computers.
