I was there for part of the auction. Great fun and some amazing cars. Don't have time to post pics now, perhaps will do later. The 330GTC was a, ahem, not-so-nice car...

Well, yes, I don't really want to be online but I have to check up with work twice a day. So I might as well post a little about my trip.

Seems RM got fairly decent results on most cars. Did notice that neither of the 365BBs at RM or Bonhams sold.

How did the Jaguar XJR-15 look at RM?

Did anyone go to Coys?

My personal choice would have been the 212/225 Vignale Sport coupé (0170ET). Fantastic history, great looks and to drive like a tractor (I guess). But very nice.

I did watch part of the live video feed on RM's site. The 212 Vignale Sports Coupe looked superb.

Have you noticed the price of "Sheehans" F40 just offered today ? That price is about 30% below the latest, lowest U.S. spec F40 I remember have seen in the last 24 month ?! Big Bear finally at Ferrari's gate as expected for soooo long ?

Think the price has more to do with wanting a fast sale on a heavily modified F40. The straight cut gearbox is going to have very limited appeal and replacing it with an original will cost $$$$, if you can even find one.

Yes, for the RM 365BB. Not sure on the Bonhams one.
