It was sold at auction at Maranello a few years ago. Must be one of the most unuseable Ferraris you could possible purchase.

hmm that's interesting. From reading the short article on it, it was a test mule, so it must run fine. But man, it's so specialized you're not going to have an easy time maintaining it.

Utterly gorgeous! And a one-off prototype. Must be a terrific investment for the long term but more importantly a blast to take on the track and park in the sitting room admiring this work of working art for the rest of the time. And enjoy the pride of ownership from owning one of the fastest Ferrari's ever made and unique. Wonder how much they want for it.

Its a sleek car. You can tell that the rear has been extended to fit the motor. I wonder if all three are still on the road.

I like it... in a wierd way it almost has an NSX side profile to it. I can't imagine what a major service would cost on that engine though.....

Current: 85' GTS QV
It's a simple process...... it's just complicated by human beings....

I can't imagine buying such a car, it must break down all the time with lots of bespoke 10-second solutions just to get her through the day of testing. As for the looks, nah, not for me.

It looks way better than the Enzo that it was used to R&D, a great irony.

Price?

P

SO: The suggested price is only $230k+? VERY low. However, can't believe what the specialized engine and body parts would be like: Honestly, this is a museum item for you speciality collectors....pass.

I'd still buy it!!!

The 360 dash looks out of place though.

this is defenatly a Museum car. It would be shame if this car would be crashed or something would happen to it. This car is one of a kind, and its not like this car was build in big numbers.

It's so unique and special I'd have it, too. But clearly they weren't going for production-level fit and finish. It's a "mutt" car.

The unfitting dash being thrown on is part of the prototype/test mule "aesthetic" (lack thereof). This car is beautiful and ugly at the same time. Nobody would have this car were you to show up at a cars and coffee meet with it. You'd have instant celebrity/legend status. I almost can't believe how cheap it is relatively speaking. In time this car will soar in value.

I think it originally sold for around £110,000 a few years ago.

Weird, ungainly car. I don't like it. And I think it spells trouble in terms of taking care of it.
