Avoiding clutch burn

I've read a little about avoiding cluth burn for the 430. Can you guys give me a few tips as to what I should avoid doing?

I've read that reversing for long periods or at speed is not a good idea. But what about regular driving?

Thanks.

Worst on the scale is reversing uphill. If you're exiting from bottom floor of an underground parking house and you hear there is slippage because of the creeping speed, take a break for half a minute if no cars are behind. I have heard it helps putting it in race mode under such circumstances as the clutch is more decisive on engaging and disengaging reducing slippage. Other FL members may have more knowledge on that though. I am normally always in race mode unless it is raining and I usually have little problems with the clutch with a little bit of planning and patience in tight spots.

Oh, I almost forgot, to be on the safe side don't delegate the parking as with a "normal" car when at hotels and restaurants.

Kind regards,
