I DID IT - Thanks to everyone

Well gents, firstly I'd like to sincerely thank everyone for their warm welcome and responses to my questions.

The concerns that I had, well I didn't realise that so many people would understand and indeed, have the answers... THANKS.

I can now confirm that I'm the proud new owner of the car below. (a pretty crappy dealers snap) but you get the idea.

I got to sort out my plate transfer and a few loose ends. Dealer says that realistically it'll be about a week before all the paperwork is sorted. But a deposit has secured the car... It's all mine!

Can't wait to get her home and to post some pics of my own. Thanks again to everyone.

Beautiful.

But see if they can move the steering wheel over to the other side before you pick it up!

Congrats!

LOL, no chance!

Actually to be fair I was really surprised as to how much better it looked in the flesh. Mind you, I suppose with these things, they don't have to bother too much with photographs.

Congratulations. Bet you feel like the cat that got the cream and there is a big silly smirk permanently on your face.

Looks very much like Dick Lovatts at Swindon so I'm off to check out your motor on the interwebthingy.

Your life is about to change for the better. Enjoy !

Yep. I was right. Dick Lovetts it was.

The red piping on the crema seats looks fantastic. You got the classic package there - corsa rosso, burgundy, crema. Its a personal thing but I actually prefer the red piping to the red stitching. And 1000 miles is brand new as near as makes no difference.

Fantastic

Congrats Thorpey! Simply brilliant.

Now go buy a bunch of Shamwows to wipe the drool off the dash, seats and bonnet.

You will now have permement smile wrinkle on your face like the Chesire cat who ate the canary.

Happy kitty. Very happy kitty.
