They are well organized and well funded. I am certain they have a very good service dept.

I knew the father of the person who now owns and runs the dealership.

Don't think you would experience anything negative there.

My experieince is with Steve in service and Nicola as the Mechanic and I can say nothing but great things about both of them. True gentlemen. I have also seen many threads on many forums with similar comments regarding all aspects of FoNE from ownership to management to Sales, to Service.

In addition to all the positive comments, I have never seen a negative one.

They score an A+ from me.

I remember when the current owner was 8-10 years old doing TV commercials for his father's dealership in Norwood!

Just ask for the keys, it's your caaaaar!

I have dealt with Stephen Oldford - Service Manager - numerous times. They send me parts to refinish a few times a month---Very good guy, never any issues....
