Post Pics of Your Garage here

I will be building a new garage at our rental home to store a couple of cars.

Would love to see pics of your garage for construction and layout ideas.

I'll start w/my version of my Ferris Buehler garage at my home

Thanks.

The floor system is Tylon which is avail in US from Home Depot via special order ~$3 sq ft avail in various colors. Installation is a snap (literally), removable if you leave, trimmed with tin snips for a custom fit. I installed in one day by myself.

Ackmann Garage

I will show some pics of the inside soon. Still a work in progress; but mostly done. Doc Brown stopped by with his 328 the other afternoon. Looks good at the house.

Agreed.

Are they hinged at the frame on the sides and split down the middle? or is that just the look and it opens like a modern door on rollers. Hard to tell without an up close shot.

That's not a garage, it's the Garage Mahal! Geez, you are living my dream, Eduardo! Nice shot.

Shi*t Barry, that's nice. Real nice.

I need to go to med school my next life (except that I hate the sight of blood and am as dumb as a brick). All that hard work and schooling apparently is worth it.

You are living a good life.
Plus, you are a really nice, down-to-earth guy.

I want to live in your garage.

It does have it's own powder room/toilet, but I'd have to install a shower. Guess you could use the hose!

Barry, having been over to your house, I must say you are impressing them with only a small amount of your collection. Don't be shy...

Barry also has hot rods and more motorcycles in the lower garages. He has an old car that he's restoring himself. He bought it when he was 16. Also, his car care collection looks like a small store.

And, lucky Barry, his wife likes to drive the Ferraris fast!

Barry is definitely a real car guy, very low key and down to earth, too. He lets me drink right from the hose.

Ah shucks.....you're making me blush! Actually, those are the same motorcycles.....moved them not long after taking those pictures. And the black 360 in the first picture is our friend Nathan's. But you are absolutely correct about my wife.....

The are just cosmetic and open like a standard garage door. I dont want to show pics of the inside yet as I need a few more things done before public viewing. Wired for a lift but really dont need it yet.

Reminds me of that old "justification for higher education" poster. Congrats, very impressive.
