Another Enzo bites the dust!

We were driving back from looking at a 328 GTS for sale in Surrey this afternoon and got stuck in a traffic jam on the M25 Junction 8. As the traffic began to clear I looked over to the other carriageway which was also tailbacked and saw a red Enzo that had smashed into the barrier on the inside lane!

Unfortunately was driving too fast to take a snap, but what a shame. No idea what happened but it had been raining quite heavily all afternoon so may be he accelerated too hard in the wet and lost it. I couldn't see any other cars except Police but maybe someone else was also involved. Not sure if anyone was hurt, but quite sad nonetheless!

Shame about the Enzo, but did you buy the 328?

The 328 was unfortunately not quite all that was promised. Although very low mileage, big gap in history (95-07), clean interior and whilst 'no accident history' there were clear indications that the front end had at some time been repaired/rebuilt extensively and not very well (to the trained eye!). I saw another one this morning and it looked to be an honest car, good history file but some corrosion issues - the asking price on both of these was GBP35k+. If they had been mint (and then some) then maybe, but as they were - I think not.

No way are they worth 35K + You saw my old 328 was proper mint, with full history, tools, every MOT ...etc, and I only got 29K when I traded it. It was sold on for 34K in the end - which is exactly what I paid for it in Feb 2006.
