A Maserati and 2 Alfa 8C's

I called into my very friendly local dealers today as they have not one but two Alfa 8C's sitting. The chances of me ever getting photo's of my car and 2 8C's together again are very slim so the dealers very kindly let me take a few photo's. as the cars aren't Ferrari's I'll only post a couple of them. The rest are over on my site.

The cars are both sold so they aren't allowed to drive them. He did start one though. I didn't realise they had such a vicious exhaust note. Very 360 CS sounding. A real "BLAP" off it when the throttle is prodded.

Strange setup to when it comes to servicing. You have to buy the car from Alfa and go to Alfa if anything apart from the drivetrain breaks, but because the engine etc is Maserati it then has to be serviced by a Maserati dealer, which overhere are 2 different people.

Not that there will be to many running the roads.

Those cars are soo beautifull, they are just like topgear said a piece of art.

But if you check the facts is way over priced and not that good for driving fast but who cares just sit back and listen to that engine cruising along the beach, life is good...................

Basically a somewhat rearranged layout from the 159's, which sports 3 headlights in a row on each side (you've likely seen quite a few more of those around).

Nice pics, very nice cars. These may have a Maser engine, but Alfa themselves do build nicely sounding ones too (though on purpose nowhere near as powerful)
