"My head hurts"!

Actually I'm only a little bit embarrased This is a good place to spend time.

Oh and have you ever tried to type with one hand while holding a glass in the other, balancing a laptop on your knee and trying to eat a vindaloo

Well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

I'm away for a cup of tea and a sit down in a quiet corner of the garage for a while.

If your heads hurts, it means at least one of the two is valid:
-you drank more than 4 glasses of wine
-that was some cheap wine :-)

But that doesn't change the fact that this place is really nice

Now where is Bazos, we need to talk about the new ST motion picture.

A Very hot Indian curry.

vectra17. Hence the reason it required a bottle and a half of reasonably priced Italian red to wash it down

Oh and the ST movie was ok I suppose. but I can see why all the ST officionados won't like it. It's asking them to forget the original series and is re-writing their history. Well that's what the ST nut I work with says. He also won't watch Dr Who since tom Baker left

I see some continuity problems with the books set in the Old Spock Universe... Romulus destroyed? Holy crap... they kinda glossed that over but Romulus was destroyed !!! I will assume that Remus is destroyed as well and HOLY CRAP ! That's a LOT of dead Romulans. Anyway... The movie kicked ass. I liked it even though it's kind of a cheap trick to re-boot the ST universe like that. But it sure as hell was an amazing thrill ride. I think I peed a little when the Enterprise came through the clouds around Saturn. That was an amazing sight !!

By the way... 560+ books

HA ha ha I almost did as well, that was one of the best shots in the movie.

And your right it is a cheap way to rewrite the ST history but now they can reinvent classic episodes with a twist, thats what will make it cool(I hope). Like the Doomsday Machine or Corbomite maneuver or Charlie X etc...

At least thats what I would do.
