As I was walking to the party, I saw a Pantera GTS.
At the party I eat a perfect meal. I had neither fats nor carbohydrates.
The proteins were these:
Pork – from a cooked pig from the ground.
Beef – sautéed in teriyaki
Chicken – boneless breast
Shrimp – shelled in a light cream sauce
Salmon – cooked without much stuff
I never found any breads or vegetables. The deserts were another story.
Do you like vegatables and breads?

Bart, sounds like my kind of menu. Meat, fish and nothing else. About 5 years ago I lost approx 40 pounds by changing my diet and cutting out sugar, starch, excess salt and most carbohydrates (except vegetables and fruit high in fibre). My own adaptation of the Atkins diet. It worked, and I still feel feel much younger than I did 5 yrs ago.
I am actually very fond of vegetables and carbohydrates. I eat plenty of vegetables daily, a lot of complex carbs and I try to have plenty of good unsaturated fats...but I do have my weak spots:D
