Palin response

I'm wildly curious. How is Sarah Palin playing outsid ethe US or is it to early to ask? This is such an interesting political landscape.

Saint, I don't think anyone outside of the US really cares anymore, we've had a non stop diet of US election news for the last 9 months and are getting bored with it now. When will it all be over?
All we've heard about Palin is that her 17 yr old daughter is pregnant. Wow big deal, it happens all of the time, but it doesn't make her a bad person. I couldn't tell you what her policies are and don't really care. The real fight is between Obama and McCain, not Biden and Palin.
TBH I'm more concerned about getting rid of the idiots who run/ruin my country than who's in the Whitehouse.

C'mon Baz...I don't believe you have nothing to say. Are you waiting to see how her image crystalizes?

Palin's a definite MILF. Very hot. Don't know if it's a good idea to put someone with no foreign experience up for VP when you want to bash in the other's brain with just that same argument.

BTW I just love how the republicans try to spin her lack of foreign experience by saying she lives 10 miles from russia

Type it into google and see what you find, but don't let your wife and kids look

When your all alone...go to google and search MILF. Then shut off your popup stopper and virus shield and click the first link.

I 'm thinking you won't ask that question again.

To put the thread back on track...

I love Palin... wouldn't want her or McCain for POTUS or VPOTUS, but she sure is cute. I loved her appearance at the RNC. She's so cute when she's all naive and gullible and contradictory. McCain is the same. Match made in heaven.

If you want to know what I'm talking about: Check the "The Daily Shows" and "The Colbert Reports" from last week.

Pleased you found it, Wiki said something about Muslim fundamantalist movements.

I hope you washed your hands when you'd finished looking it up

Found this on the BBC today, 10 things we now know about Palin. No mention of her being a MILF, but the BBC are rather politically correct

Being a moderate republican, I am (so far) pleased with the selection of Mrs. Palin. Her introduction at the RNC was delightfully playfull and somewhat inspiring to us average joe's, she seems so "normal". I use the term "so far" to specifically address the concern that we really don't know much about her. I am reserving judgement until all the information comes out. We only know what she's told us and that could be contrived. I look forward to a good public debate in the hopes I get to see her wit and wisdom pop out.

The Democrats on the other hand seem completely befuddled by her. They don't seem to have a point to pry at and have embarressed themselves fairly dramatically trying to find one. At this point, I don't see a way for them to survive but I know they will continue to poke until weakness is found.

Shouldn't be too hard to find some weaknesses. Only thing they have to do is compare McCain's current quotes with ones from two years back. Democrats are ten times better for the world than any republican.

But then again I live in one of the most liberal countries in the world so I don't actually understand why anyone would vote republican. It's so completely counter to anything I believe in, and I'm actually quite right of the aisle. The USA in itself is very conservative compared to the Netherlands so it must be a cultural thing.

If it were me I'd vote Obama without very much hesitation.
