Top Gear videos can be viewed on TG site

http://www.bbc.co.uk/topgear/videos/...upercars&id=48

The TG website now has the best videos from the last 11 series available to watch.

the link should take you to the video section, if you scroll down you can see Supercar videos and on the right hand side there are other categories of video including some of the races and challenges.

Guess which ones my son and I watched for 2 hours before his bedtime this evening?

That's a bit mean of the BBC. Perhaps it's because in the UK, we all have to pay them 100 + per year to watch their programmes so they give us the website for free.

Looks like the rest of you will have to keep watching them on youtube

Just download the damn things!!! It's only 700 MB per episode (for 1-hour things, 350 MB for 42 minute stuff) and with a proper torrent client (Like uTorrent) and a not-too-shabby connection it only takes about 2 hours to get it. Then you can watch it with a decent quality instead of sucky you-tube quality.

Just go to www.eztv.it and find all the torrents there

I agree with Basosz

I've got all the episodes from all the series, I usually get them at www.finalgear.com

t1f, download uTorrent (that's the program that you'll use to download the torrents, kind of like eMule), you can find it in the link

http://www.utorrent.com/download.php

then you search anywhere in the internet for torrents of pretty much anything you want

there are some big and very good sites like mininova, for example, where you find torrents of many things (movies, TV shows, TV series, music, etc)

http://www.mininova.org/

and you can always search on Google (just type "torrent download" and whatever you want)

when you find the torrent you want, download the .torrent file and select "Open with" and choose uTorrent

the program will start automatically and will start the download

be careful because the torrent uses pretty much all your connection, so navigation on web pages with the torrent downloading can be very very slow

and also make sure you download torrents that are active (i.e., that have many seeds and leechers), you can usually look that up in the page where you download the .torrent file

hope this helps, if it isn't enough let me know and I'll post some printscreens to guide you

Make your life easy, use Firefox and you can browse the web as well as download these files without another program.

Gosh Archie!! Don't you know what a torrent is???

hahahaha! I don't bloody know either!

As per Stile-dudes gracious explanation above, I am guessing it is some sort of system that allows peer-to-peer (computer-to-computer) file sharing. Similar to the original Napster before it was shut down by the music industry.

close?
