Hats Off To Boxer!

Dear Comrades,

I met Boxer at the FOC Concours at Walton Hall in Worcestershire on Sunday. It was a real privilege to make his acquaintance and an absolute joy to spend an hour or two within his happy company. Moreover, he had driven to the Concours (a considerable journey) in his F-50. It had rained all the way up and I understand that it rained all the way home. So in my opinion Boxer is absolutely 'Top Man' for bringing such an illustrious motor car out onto the highway on such a ghastly wet day. So Hip, Hip, Hooray to Boxer, doyen of Ferrarilife and indeed of all Ferraristi! And the F-50 is just the most fabulous motor car. Absolutely pristine in every respect despite all that the weather had conspired to throw at it.

All good wishes to everyone.

With kind regards,

Vulcan F-40

Vulcan F-40, great to see you back in the forum, I've missed your eloquent posts very much!

Did you take any of your great F-cars to the Concours?

And once again Boxer shows the world how a real car enthusiast with class should behave. Quite a man, he is!

Dear Comrade stile - alpine,

Yes, Boxer is indeed a first class gentleman and the very epitome of how, as you say, a real car enthusiast should behave. Regretfully, very few would have taken such a magnificent motor car as his F-50 on such a lengthy jaunt in such inclement conditions with torrents of rain filling the roads turning them to rivers whereupon a boat would be better suited.

With kind regards,

Vulcan

Dear Comrade Vulcan F-40,

Your F40 or 512 TR with the oars and outboard motors could have been very useful last weekend

Kind regards

Dear Comrade archiegibbs,

Yes, a great idea. For myself, and based upon the inclement weather at the FOC conkers of recent years I am contemplating speaking to the commissars with regard to an Amphibious Category. I am quietly confident that I could gain both first and second prizes!

All good wishes.

With kind regards,

Haha, Archie where did you find those photographs? I have seen them before on the internet. Isn't it by some custom boat company?

Dear Comrade archiegibbs,

What fabulous workmanship - and you're right, I wouldn't stand a chance up against such competition!

However, this is just the motor car for Boxer to use upon his sojourns to the English FOC Concours. I can well picture him sailing along the M40 in his inimitably stylish fashion!

With kind regards,

Vulcan
