Best place in Italy to live?

What area has the most moderate climate, best roads, overall scenery etc?

There is nothing like a Ferrari, there never has been and never will be!

That is a tough question it depends on how close do you want to be to a major city by the Ocean and if so which one by the mountains and if so which one, the further north you are the more industrial and modernized the further south more agricultural and slower paced.
Italy is not that big you should take a tour from north to south and make up your own mind.
